The Leadership of the club consists of at least one representative of each team. These representatives select the officers from within the group. Team representatives for 2006-2007 are as follows:
- President - Carol Vanderheyden (U17 Boys)
Run the monthly meetings(create monthly agenda) and care of general club business.
- Vice President - Steve Scripp (U11)
Help the president run monthly meetings and possibly be one of the representatives to the District meeting.
- Treasurer - Lee Bouche (U14 Boys)
Handle the money affairs of the club including the collection of all fees, proceeds from Fund raisers etc. Also, maintains PO box and checks for mail.
- Secretary - Carol Omernick (U18 Boys)
Take care of the records of the club regarding minutes, team / club correspondence, etc.
- Club Registrar - Mary Bouche (U14 Boys)
Make sure all paperwork is completed so teams will be properly registered.
- Team Coordinators/Board Reps - All teams
2 from each team serve on the board to assist the officers with the assignment of small jobs equally on a team by team basis in order for club to run. These assignments can be communicated back to individual teams and further assigned with the help of the teams coordinator / board rep.
- East Central District Meeting Representatives - Sarah Nelson (U13 Boys)
Attend monthly District meeting which consists mainly of representing our club and participating in decisions made at the meeting.
- Games Commissioner - John Warren (U18 BOYS)
Serve as contact person for any emergency game changes once the season has started.
- Game Scheduling - Tammy Olson, Jim Campbell, John Lana (U13 Boys)
Attend two meetings in Feb. and March (usually in Kimberly) to represent the club to assist in assigning all club teams to the correct league game schedules.
- Referee Coordinator - Steve Johnson (U16 Boys)
Serve as the contact person for the Bay Area Ref Association for any game/field changes once the season begins.
- Field Commissioner - Lee Bouche (U14 Boys)
Put up and take down nets at beginning and end of season. Make sure goals are secure.
- Club Tryout/New Team Coordinator -Kelli Barth (U18 Girls)
Help coordinate the development of new teams each year. Send out mailing to Allouez Park and rec. teams in August for try-outs and work with interested parents to help them through this process.
- Review Panel - Carol Vanderheyden (U17 Boys), Gary Winters, Kim Conard (U16 Boys), John Warren (U18 Boys)
Review any conduct pending as a result of a game infraction and take any necessary disciplanary action.
